
QA Engineer
About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven QA Engineer to join our growing team and ensure the quality, security, and stability of our stablecoin platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for testing core features of a high-trust financial system that operates in a regulated environment. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams to build confidence in software releases through robust manual and automated testing.

What You Will Do
- Design, write, and maintain test cases for a regulated payment service and stablecoin issuance related features
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing across web and backend services.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze and troubleshoot test failures, log defects with detailed steps, and follow through on resolution.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, including planning, task grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Support release validation and smoke testing in staging and production environments.
- Champion quality across the SDLC with a mindset of continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of QA engineering experience in a software and / or fintech environment.
- Experience testing REST APIs, and and web applications.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration tools (GitHub & GitHub Actions).
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Ruby, JavaScript, etc.).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with test automation frameworks.
