YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
Learning and Development
- Strengthen *SCAPE’s learning culture by supporting the refinement of L&D frameworks, policies or work processes pertaining to Human Resources functions.
- Supports the maintenance of data in HR systems according to policies and procedures, maintaining accurate, timely, and policy aligned data.
Talent Management and Development
- Support recruitment efforts to hire the best fit talent for *SCAPE.
- Support staff development initiatives by assisting in the coordination and implementation of career and training development plans.
- Enable a performance driven culture by supporting performance review cycles, feedback loops, and employee development interventions.
HR Strategy and Planning
- Assist in promoting a culture of open communication and transparency by supporting team efforts to uphold ethical conduct throughout *SCAPE.
- Leverage HR data and insights to inform strategic workforce planning and provide inputs for decision making.
- Monitor and support the alignment of HR policies with evolving regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks to ensure compliance and future readiness.
Employee Experience and Engagement
- Support employee engagements for the organisation such as Townhall, Teambuilding events, CSR activities, year-end activities, etc.
- Support change initiatives related to Human Capital to enhance performance, inclusion and workforce agility.
Team Management & Internal Collaboration
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices, success stories, and other valuable information among internal teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and execution of *SCAPE's overall strategic plan and vision.
WHO YOU ARE:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources or similar role.
- Team player with good networking, communication, and interpersonal skills to be able to work with a diverse set of people including staff and external partners.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Resourceful, and able to work independently as well as a team member to meet deadlines.
- Background or interest in Data Analytics will be advantageous.
- Prior project management experience will be advantageous.
