Project Manager, Programming (7 Months Contract)

YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
Programming & Project Management
- Lead the end to end production of programs, including *SCAPE's flagship COMMA festival.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources using project tools and provide regular updates to the Head of Programming.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, artists, tenants, vendors, and community partners to deliver quality programming aligned with *SCAPE’s objectives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement, finance, safety protocols and post event reporting.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist in building strategic partnerships with local organisations, businesses, and influencers to co-create unique programs and events.
- Manage relationships and contracts with *SCAPE's programming partners and sponsors.
- Act as a key point of contact for collaborative projects, ensuring clear communication, shared expectations, and smooth delivery.
Team Management & Internal Collaboration
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices, success stories, and other valuable information among internal teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and execution of *SCAPE's overall strategic plan and vision.
WHO YOU ARE:
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in project/ events management.
- Team player with good networking, communication, and interpersonal skills to be able to work with a diverse set of people including staff, commercial and non-commercial partners.
- Strong commitment to teamwork along with creativity, flexibility, tenacity, a high level of energy and good social skills.
- Positive attitude with high degree of professionalism, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the arts and culture scene in Singapore, event based work experience and/ or involvement (curating and/or programming) in festivals or arts programmes is an advantage.
