Senior Executive, Marketing

YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

Content Production & Design 

  • Develop & adapt high quality visual assets (static, digital, and video) to support *SCAPE’s marketing campaigns, including Nightflix, COMMA, SYFF, Relaunch, membership drives, and centre-wide branding initiatives. 
  • Produce motion graphics, animated shorts, and social-first formats (Reels, Stories, TikToks) optimised for platform-specific engagement. 
  • Maintain an organised asset library of approved templates, reusable components, and campaign-ready visuals. 

Campaign Collateral & Storytelling 

  • Design campaign collaterals such as EDMs, microsites, presentations, event signage, wayfinding elements, and printed materials, either independently or in collaboration with freelance designers. 
  • Support internal teams with tailored visuals for programme marketing, membership campaigns, and youth engagement initiatives. 
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and creative development sessions to translate strategic briefs into engaging visual narratives. 

Internal & External Communications Support 

  • Work with the team to create press ready graphics, infographics, media kits, and stakeholder presentations. 
  • Collaborate with the team on programme specific marketing assets and membership focused visuals for newsletters and email campaigns. 
  • Review and refine volunteer or user generated content for publishing on *SCAPE’s digital channels 

Brand Consistency & Design Governance 

  • Ensure adherence to *SCAPE’s Brand Guide and Visual Identity Playbook across all digital and offline materials. 
  • Partner with the Brand & Experience team to refine visual identity standards (e.g. colour, typography, layout) and roll out updated branding across departments. 
  • Conduct regular audits of live campaign assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and optimal file performance. 

Team Management & Internal Collaboration 

  • Work closely with other *SCAPE departments, such as Programming, Engagement, and Planning, to ensure a cohesive and user/customer-centric approach to marketing. 
  • Provide marketing expertise, recommendations and support to assist other teams effectively promote their initiatives and engage their target audiences. 
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices, success stories, and other valuable information among internal teams and stakeholders. 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in content creation, design, or marketing related roles.  
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva. 
  • Familiar with social media formats, CMS tools, and accessibility basics. 
  • Strong visual eye, detail oriented, and organised. 
  • Creative, self-driven, and collaborative with a pulse on youth trends and digital culture.
