PayRetailers' business is growing exponentially, and we are adding new payment methods in the different countries. To support this growth, we are looking for a  Configurations Analyst who will be responsible for the Integrations and Configuration department is growing from a subarea to a new department under Operations Team. As a Configurations Analyst you will be actively involved in the data input on our systems and integrations of our payments solutions, following defined processes and guidelines towards greater productivity and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Oversee and ensure adherence to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies across multiple teams and departments, driving continuous improvements in process efficiency.
Lead the end-to-end processing and integration of data from agreements and addendums into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all levels.
Conduct and manage in-depth Quality Assurance (QA) processes for client payment pages, identifying and resolving technical issues to guarantee a seamless integration, enhancing the overall customer experience and improving operational effectiveness of our solutions. 
Review and validate system entries for compliance, ensuring data integrity and alignment with internal standards.
Take ownership of all compliance-related procedures, particularly those concerning data security and regulatory adherence, while identifying opportunities to optimize risk management processes.

What We're Looking For:

Skills:

• Good organisational/time management skills
• Analytical with a good attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
• Understand the importance of protecting customers personal data and the implications for a business if this is not done well
• Able to prioritize and organize tasks well to ensure completion to deadlines whilst still achieving the required quality standards

 

Knowledge/Abilities:

 Ability to be hands on with high attention to detail

•Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows (10/11) and MS Office.

• Knowledge and experience with Jira, Freshdesk or any other ticketing system.
• Advanced level of English language required (other language skills are beneficial).
• Able to communicate well and build rapport with people at various levels of a business.
• Experience using tools such as: Vpn, Freshdesk, Postman, Insomnia, Jira, Confluence, SQL and MSSQLSever.
• High learning agility and ability to apply knowledge learned.

Prefered Qualifications and Experience

Education:

- Degree required.
- Data analysis, integrations and technical backgrounds are a plus.
- Programming experience are a plus (Java, Javascript, .NET, PHP languages).
