We thrive on working with cutting-edge technologies, and our Partnership team is on the lookout for a Business Development Manager, experienced in Payments, to join us on this adventurous journey.

You will be responsible for selling our solutions to PSPs, payment orchestration platforms, and payment gateways, leveraging your existing network to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.

In this position you will work closely to the Sales, Account Management and Operations team to develop and grow our customer portfolio as well as collaborate with our Product Team to improve our product portfolio and value proposal.

 

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with PSPs, payment gateways, and orchestration platforms and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Leverage your existing network to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our payment solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales & account management team to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to partners to drive growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and retention.
  • Understand partners’ business objectives and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance metrics.
  • Analyze market and industry trends to anticipate changes and adapt partner strategies accordingly.

 

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • +4/5 years and proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management in Enterprise Solutions / Enterprise sales.
  • Previous experience in Payments is highly desirable, whish involves among others: understanding of PSPs, online payments, and payment orchestration platforms
  • Data oriented is a Must: truly have integrated Data tools for the day to day and shape the commercial strategy based on that data.
  • Prospecting is a Must: be abel to create a prospect plan is absolutely key for this role, to be truly able to present revenue in the long-term. 
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.
