About Job

Teads is looking for an ambitious and motivated Strategic Account Management Coordinator to join our global strategic sales support team to provide best in class account support to the world’s top advertisers. You will liaise with all our key markets around the world to identify best practices and help prepare the quarterly client business reviews too. You will see all the key aspects of the Teads business providing you with a springboard for multiple career development opportunities in the future

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with Teads' Global Industry Directors to deliver best-in-class account support and service
  • Collate information from local markets such as case studies, media results and brand study results to develop newsletters for our key clients.
  • Responsibility for supporting Joint Business Plans for Teads' largest partnerships across our key clients - internally and externally focussed
  • Understand clients’ objectives and KPIs and ensure local teams are optimising towards these to drive results. Provide consistency in reporting and set benchmarks for local teams for the key accounts you manage alongside the Global Industry Directors
  • Developing presentations, alongside marketing/design to ensure constant communication with our top STA partnerships
  • Pipeline tracking across markets and sharing of campaign information to ensure Teads maximises opportunity to win business across as many markets as possible
  • Tracking Clients Spend and use of Teads strategic benefits on a monthly basis
  • Regular reporting of campaign performance data to internal and external teams, coordinating with local markets to produce case studies of best work.
  • Coordination across our Insights, Teads Studio and Operations team to help deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews to clients

Your Experience & Skills

  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
  • A proactive, results-driven, and client-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced media environment managing multiple competing priorities and the ability to demonstrate you are a self-starter
  • University graduate (ideally in business, marketing or media)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and passionate about digital advertising.

If you have already worked in media additional skills required and desired are:

  • First class client relationship management skills with direct client or agency experience
  • Mobile, Video and Programmatic experience
  • Demonstrable experience of managing the end-to-end campaign process for top tier advertisers
  • Previous experience of working in a similar online role within Media Owner or Agency is preferred but not essential
