About the opportunity 

Are you passionate about discovering exceptional tech talent and eager to gain hands-on experience in a leading global organization? Teads is seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Talent Sourcer for our Summer Internship (3 months) in Ljubljana. This role offers an incredible opportunity to play a crucial part in our team’s success while learning and growing in a supportive environment.

 

What will you do?

  • Utilize Advanced Search Techniques: Conduct Boolean searches and use X-ray techniques to find candidate profiles across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Leverage Social Media Engagement: Create engaging content and campaigns on social media to attract potential candidates to our company and opportunities.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Participate in industry forums, online tech communities, and local meetups to network with potential candidates and learn more about where top talent congregates.
  • Implement Talent Mapping: Assist in mapping talent pools in specific tech areas by researching and compiling information on potential candidates and industry trends.
  • Craft Targeted Messaging: Develop personalized outreach messages and email campaigns that effectively communicate opportunities and engage technical talent.
  • Competitive Analysis: Research competitor hiring practices and market positioning to identify opportunities to differentiate and attract talent.
  • Maintain Candidate Database: Assist in organizing and updating the candidate database to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and potential pipeline candidates.
