Teads is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer for the IL region to. This role is pivotal in expanding our local IT presence and collaborating with our global IT team.
Our IT team is dedicated to providing top-notch support to all employees (Teadsters) globally. We equip Teads with the technical resources necessary for thriving and growing. From first-level support to managing and standardising major information systems, our team is integral to the organisation, collaborating closely with all departments. As a core part of our Engineering group, the whole IT team is poised to support our company's global growth.
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn are key in this role. You will resolve technical issues autonomously while eagerly developing your skills and knowledge.
Good troubleshooting skills and familiarity with common operating systems and applications are essential.

What will you bring to the team?
- 1 to 3 years of experience in equivalent role required in a fast-paced and global environment
- Pride in ownership, initiative, and collaboration
- Effective communicator and great team player
- Passion to deliver a world-class customer service experience
- Experience with user support process (ticketing), MDM (Kandji, Jamf, Intune, etc), Identity Provider Management (Okta), etc.
- Experience in a hybrid environment (Apple (80%) and Windows (20%))
- Past experience in supporting Mac and Windows devices
- Experience in productivity suites (G-Suite, O365) and videoconference systems(Zoom, etc.).
- Knowledge of Live Streaming with Internal global townhall envent.
- Fluency in English
- You put yourself in your user’s shoes and understand their needs
- Reliable person with strong sense of accountability
Brownie points:
- Past experience of working in/with remote teams/users
- Past experience with managing devices remotely
What will you do?
- Provide day-to-day technical support to Teadsters in IL and across the globe.
- Monitor the vulnerability tools and react on exploits.
- Support the process of requesting/granting access and permissions to internal users.
- Document, track, and monitor users’ problems to ensure swift resolution through common user request management systems (Ticketing, Slack, etc.)
- Work with the team to create processes and documentation, and commit to global standardization to help streamline and accelerate support
- Ensure proper tracking of assets and operations
- Support Onboarding and Offboarding process for new hires and leaving employees (laptop and account set up, onboarding session for new hires on the start date etc.)
- Ordering IT equipment
- Contribute to the operation of IT services with a strong level of stability and availability (Google Worskpace, Zoom, O365, Slack, etc.)
- Work with the team to streamline vendors and tools and maintain good relations with them
- Enforce collaboration and shared practices with the rest of the IT team
- Provide technical support to Teads office in your area of responsibility
