Als Head of CCO bei MOIA bist du mittendrin, wenn es um die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Commercial-Bereichs geht. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CCO und dem Leadership Team zusammen, bringst Struktur in komplexe Themen und sorgst dafür, dass aus Strategie konkrete Umsetzung wird.

In dieser Rolle verbindest du strategisches Denken mit operativer Exzellenz: Du bist Sparringspartner:in, Impulsgeber:in und Umsetzer:in zugleich. Dabei bewegst du dich an der Schnittstelle von Bereichen wie Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Mobility Consulting und internationalen Operations – immer mit dem Ziel, unsere Vision von nachhaltiger, autonomer Mobilität Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen. 

Wobei du uns unterstützen kannst 

  • Strategisches Sparring & Leadership Enablement: Du coachst und berätst das CCO Leadership Team in strategischen, organisatorischen und führungsbezogenen Fragestellungen  
  • Organisationsentwicklung & Transformation: Du entwickelst Strukturen, Prozesse und das Operating Model des Commercial-Bereichs weiter und begleitest Veränderungsinitiativen  
  • Governance & Entscheidungsprozesse: Du stellst transparente, effiziente Governance-Strukturen sicher und bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Top-Management-Gremien vor  
  • Steuerung des Leadership Teams: Du koordinierst zentrale Formate, treibst bereichsübergreifende Abstimmung voran und behältst strategische Initiativen und OKRs im Blick  
  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Teams zusammen und sorgst für konsistente Standards und Prozesse über alle Märkte hinweg  
  • Direkte Unterstützung des CCO: Du bereitest Präsentationen, Strategien und wichtige Entscheidungen vor und vertrittst die Commercial-Perspektive in unternehmensweiten Projekten  
  • Priorisierung & Eskalationsmanagement: Du hilfst, komplexe Anforderungen zu strukturieren, Prioritäten zu setzen und kritische Themen zielgerichtet zu lösen 

Was dir helfen wirddeine Rolle einzunehmen 

  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung, Strategieberatung oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Top-Management  
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Coaching und in der Unterstützung von Senior-Führungskräften  
  • Erfahrung im Design von Governance-Strukturen und Entscheidungsprozessen in komplexen Organisationen  
  • Fähigkeit, als ehrliche:r und glaubwürdige:r Sparringspartner:in auf Augenhöhe mit Senior Leadership zu agieren  
  • Starke Moderations- und Facilitation-Skills  
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Diskretion und politischem Gespür  
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C2-Niveau)  
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft zu internationalen Standorten 

Nice to have: 

  • Erfahrung in der Mobilitäts-, Automobil- oder Tech-Branche 
  • Expertise in systemischer Organisationsentwicklung oder eine formale Coaching-Ausbildung 
  • Erfahrung in einem Konzernumfeld mit Matrixstrukturen
