As (Senior) Mobility Operations Analyst (all genders), you will be responsible for analyzing operational and service performance across autonomous mobility deployments. You will identify performance gaps, benchmark operations across markets, and drive data‑based recommendations that improve reliability, efficiency, and product outcomes using your deep analytical capability and understanding of the data architecture behind AV operations.

What you will do

  • Analyze fleet, service, and operational KPIs across deployments to identify performance gaps and improvement levers.
  • Benchmark operations across markets to compare maturity, efficiency, and reliability, and derive best practices.
  • Build and continuously improve KPI frameworks to ensure consistent measurement across teams, markets, and customers.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and modern data tooling to reduce manual analysis and enable scalable, self‑service insights.
  • Understand and map key data sources (telemetry, operational events, service data, system outputs) and how they connect.
  • Define the operational data harvesting strategy (access paths, structures, transformations) and work with raw data pools when needed.
  • Develop lightweight analytical tooling for early operations and shape the long‑term analytics strategy with product teams.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and project teams to ensure analytics accurately reflect system behavior and operational reality.
  • Define the team structure and the hiring roadmap for the operations analytics function once the operational scope is established.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to leadership, operators, and external customers; align methods with global counterparts.

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • Advanced operational analytics skills with the ability to design KPI frameworks, benchmark performance across markets, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of operational performance drivers and how systems, processes, and data interact in complex environments.
  • Solid understanding of data architectures, data models, and system-level data flows, with hands-on experience working with real-world operational data.
  • Familiarity with modern data tooling and AI/ML concepts (e.g. automation, feature stores, model monitoring, LLM-adjacent pipelines) to scale and improve analytics.
  • Confidence in presenting insights in leadership and customer-facing settings and partnering effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments with changing tools and requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in autonomous mobility, transportation analytics, or large operational systems.
  • Experience with time‑series, event‑based, or telemetry data.
  • Background in data engineering concepts (pipelines, ingestion, schema design).

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds — even if you don’t meet every requirement. If you’re excited about the role and MOIA’s mission, we’d love to hear from you!
