What You Will Do

  • Monitor & Maintain Infrastructure: Assist in monitoring the daily health, performance, and security of internal IT systems, servers, and networks, ensuring maximum uptime.

  • Network Administration: Support the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wi-Fi infrastructure, and secure VPN access (Palo Alto networks).

  • System Provisioning & MDM: Learn to manage and scale our fleet of company devices (predominantly macOS) using MDM solutions like Jamf to automate software deployment and patching.

  • Access & Identity Management: Assist with user provisioning, access control systems (ACS), security software installation, and credential management during onboarding and offboarding.

  • Automate Routines: Collaborate with senior administrators to write basic scripts that automate repetitive tasks, system backups, and provisioning processes.

  • Document Architecture: Create and maintain clear technical documentation, network diagrams, and infrastructure logs within Confluence.

  • Infrastructure Support: Handle second-line technical escalations that require deeper infrastructure, hardware, or network-level troubleshooting.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in system administration, junior infrastructure management, or a highly technical IT infrastructure internship.

  • OS Systems Knowledge: Strong foundational administration skills in macOS environments (Windows Server or Linux administration skills are highly valued).

  • Networking Basics: A solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi routing).

  • Scripting Mindset: Basic exposure to or a strong interest in scripting/automation languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) to optimize desktop and server workflows.

  • Problem-Solving: A analytical mindset capable of diagnosing complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

  • Communication & Growth: Good oral and written communication skills in English, with a strong drive to learn complex infrastructure concepts under senior guidance.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Basic familiarity with MikroTik, Ubiquiti network devices, Palo Alto firewalls and secure VPN management.

  • Exposure to MDM platforms (Jamf) and IT asset management systems (Jira Assets).

  • Knowledge of CCTV, physical access control systems, or smart meeting room infrastructure.

  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks, DevOps basics, or cloud environment concepts.
