Responsibilities

  • Own the global end-to-end retention, reactivation, and lifetime value (LTV) strategies across multiple high-growth verticals, including E-commerce, Fintech, and Gaming.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a 150+ person lifecycle organization, driving the recruitment, onboarding, and structured management of 80+ upcoming hires.
  • Partner deeply with product and engineering teams to align CRM strategy with core platform architecture, automation logic, and cutting-edge AI integrations.
  • Manage high-volume, multi-channel campaign execution across international markets, ensuring flawless deliverability, quality, and hyper-localized relevance.
  • Define and rigorously hit key performance indicators (KPIs) for churn reduction, ARPU, and engagement quality utilizing advanced user segmentation and personalization models.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of dedicated CRM and lifecycle marketing leadership within fast-scaling tech environments (experience in Fintech, E-commerce, Dating, or Gaming is highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling large operational teams (50–200+ members) while fostering a transparent culture of high accountability and empathy.
  • Deep understanding of CRM technical architecture, data infrastructure, and complex, automated multi-channel user journeys (Email, Push, SMS, and In-app notification systems).
  • Demonstrated experience influencing internal CRM product development, data pipeline construction, and engineering roadmaps.
  • Exceptional communication skills with absolute fluency in English and a natural ability to successfully navigate and unite a diverse, global workforce.
