Games Development Director

We are seeking a Games Development Director to shape and lead the overarching product strategy across the studio. This position focuses on driving end-to-end execution, aligning cross-functional departments, and delivering top-performing gaming experiences.

Responsibilities

• Direct the complete product lifecycle from initial conceptualization through live market operations, translating high-level organizational objectives into an actionable production roadmap.
• Balance player retention metrics, regulatory compliance, commercial performance, and mathematical integrity across every strategic product decision.
• Analyze industry trends, user behavior, and operator input continuously to ensure the software catalog retains a distinct competitive edge across global markets.
• Unite game design, mathematical modeling, creative direction, and technical engineering disciplines toward unified release targets and shared delivery goals.
• Maintain final oversight covering all aesthetic standards, UI/UX architecture, and mathematical frameworks to sustain exceptional product quality.
• Evaluate underlying mechanics, themes, and structural design models to elevate innovation and push creative boundaries across every stage of development.
• Establish structured workflows, release cadences, and milestone tracking that maintain strict delivery schedules without compromising technical standards.
• Evaluate post-launch analytics and performance indicators to refine active titles while incorporating new mechanics and feature systems into future roadmap iterations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in a senior product leadership capacity (such as Head of Product, Senior Product Manager, or Product Director) within the online gaming or digital casino sector.
• Proven track record of launching successful casino titles (including slots, instant games, or table games) from concept through commercial release.
• Comprehensive knowledge of slot mechanics, mathematical frameworks, UI/UX standards, visual design, and software engineering constraints.
• Ability to balance creative concepts against commercial ROI, business KPIs, and player retention models.
• Strong leadership capability in uniting technical, mathematical, and creative teams around a singular strategic roadmap.
• Proficiency in establishing disciplined production workflows, milestone tracking, and cross-functional operational rhythms.
