Customer Support Agent - Danish and English Speaking (Day/Late shift)

LionHires Recruitment is currently seeking a driven and meticulous Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Day/Late Shift) on behalf of one of our dynamic clients. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client care during different shifts to join an energetic team in Copenhagen and elevate their service standards.

Shift Schedule: 5 work shifts per week (including weekends)

Shifts based on these rotations
Day shift: 08:00 - 16:30
Mid Shift: 12:00 - 20:30
Evening shift: 14:30 - 23:00

What You Will Do

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email primarily in Danish.
• Deliver precise, empathetic, and professional assistance to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate services or product upgrades.
• Uphold high standards of quality to ensure overall customer satisfaction during night hours.
• Collaborate with peers to streamline internal workflows and improve service operations.

What You Bring

• Full professional fluency in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
• A customer-first mindset with a strong interest in service excellence and upselling solutions.
• Excellent communication, sharp problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
• A self-motivated, proactive attitude suited to fixed overnight shift rotations.
• Prior customer service or helpdesk experience is a plus, but not strictly required.
