As the Senior B2B Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic anchor and primary point of contact between our key partners and all internal departments. If you possess a deep understanding of gaming platforms and have the commercial acumen to nurture long-term stakeholder relationships while hitting key growth metrics, this is your opportunity to drive success at a premier industry disruptor.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-value, long-term relationships with key external stakeholders and core decision-makers across the iGaming ecosystem.
- Gain an exhaustive, technical understanding of all internal products, engagement features, and services to offer expert knowledge and proactive guidance to partners.
- Oversee and coordinate all platform projects from initial operational kickoff and onboarding straight through to a successful live market launch.
- Generate, analyze, and present comprehensive account reports and financial metrics, tracking performance against set targets.
- Maximize partner satisfaction and retention through meticulous account management, swift issue resolution, and effective request prioritization.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal operations, technical, and product teams to ensure task completion, alignment, and seamless service delivery.
- Take full accountability for commercial matters related to your assigned accounts, consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets set by executive management.
Requirements
- Proven background working within the iGaming industry, with an ideal preference for experience gained within a B2B platform or software provider environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a B2B Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role, with a history of scaling existing partner accounts.
- Fluent proficiency in the Russian language is required to effectively communicate with and support key target market accounts.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical milestones into clear, business-friendly updates.
- Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities, backed by a meticulous attention to detail and sharp time-management skills.
- A natural problem-solver who can multitask seamlessly and maintain high standards in a deadline-driven, fast-moving environment.
