As the Senior B2B Sales Manager, you will be the primary architect of our next major phase of global growth, leveraging our cutting-edge gamification mechanics and adaptive bonus engines to displace legacy providers. This is a high-stakes, high-reward role designed for a strategic dealmaker who wants to secure high-value partnerships and fundamentally shift market share.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire Tier-1 and Tier-2 iGaming operators globally, successfully positioning the company to displace legacy competitors.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial high-level prospecting and relationship building directly through to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Translate company’s sophisticated technical advantages, such as AI-driven personalization and real-time analytics, into compelling, ROI-focused commercial propositions for prospects.
- Represent the company as a premier thought leader and key industry connector at major global trade shows and conferences, including ICE, iGB, and SiGMA.
- Maintain meticulous pipeline forecasting and data hygiene within CRM systems, providing executive leadership with actionable insights on competitor movements and market trends.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience specifically within the iGaming, Sports Betting, or highly relevant Fintech sectors.
- A proven, active, and accessible "black book" of C-level and Head-level decision-makers at major international iGaming operators.
- A strong understanding of iGaming platform architecture, including API integrations, payment gateways, and core regulatory compliance (KYC/AML) frameworks.
- A verifiable history of consistently exceeding multi-million euro annual sales targets and closing complex, long-cycle SaaS or platform deals.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to navigate and structure complex legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks.
- A willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively to meet partners face-to-face and lead international trade show initiatives.
