What You Will Do

• Orchestrate Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy and development roadmap, ensuring total alignment with strict Mexican regulatory requirements.
• Drive Vision & Buy-in: Act as the primary advocate for the product vision, cultivating buy-in across executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Optimize for Growth: Proactively identify product gaps and generate actionable growth ideas to expand market share, reduce friction, and elevate the customer experience.
• Execute with Precision: Transform high-level concepts into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes; prioritize your backlog based on high-impact business outcomes and customer value.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner seamlessly with engineering squads to ensure optimal resource allocation and a fast, reliable time-to-market.
• Manage Launches: Direct cross-functional product launches, coordinating efforts across technical, marketing, and executive teams to ensure a flawless go-to-market execution.

What You Bring

• Domain Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming/Gambling industry.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid, direct experience navigating Mexican iGaming regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Technical & Analytical Rigor: A technical background with hands-on experience in web technologies, coupled with strong proficiency in data analytics, competitive intelligence, and market trend analysis.
• Lifecycle Management: A proven track record of managing products through the entire lifecycle—from initial discovery and development to post-launch optimization.
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and a flexible approach; you excel at working within matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Bonus Points: A deep understanding of online Casino operations and familiarity with broader responsible gambling frameworks (MGA, DGA, etc.).
• Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish
