Electrical Site Supervisor – Data Centre Project, Milan
Because great projects need people who don’t just turn up — they take ownership.

Some jobs sound important.
This one is important.

We’re building a major data centre in Milan — the kind of project where precision, coordination and getting things right first time actually matter. If you're the sort of Electrical Supervisor who thrives on clarity, accountability and leading people in the real world (not just on paper), then keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll run the electrical installation on your section of the project — leading a crew of trades professionals, coordinating with other teams, and making sure the work is delivered safely, on time and to spec. Simple to say. Harder to do. That’s why we’re hiring you.

Your days will involve things like:

  • Owning your scope of work — understanding every detail, flagging changes early, and keeping the commercial side clean and predictable.
  • Keeping the schedule real — building a two‑week lookahead, coordinating with other trades, and making sure nothing or no one is in the wrong place at the wrong time.
  • Being the guardian of quality — snag‑free systems, proper audits, correct materials, accurate redlines, and installations done the way the drawings actually say.
  • Leading safety from the front — RAMS that make sense, work areas that stay tidy, and a crew that goes home in the same condition they arrived.
  • Tracking daily progress, handling procurement for minor materials, and making sure everything shows up when it should.
  • Building a team you’d work with again — assessing people fairly, coaching them when needed, and escalating issues when they go beyond your remit.

If you’ve been around large, fast‑moving sites before, you already know the drill: this is where supervisors earn their reputation.

Who You Are
You’re someone who can walk onto a site and instantly bring structure, clarity and calm. People listen to you because you know your job — and because you lead, not lecture.

You’ll fit well here if you:

  • Have proven experience supervising electrical teams on large projects (data centre experience is a bonus, not a necessity).
  • Understand construction sequencing and how electrical works integrate with everything else on a live build.
  • Don’t tolerate sloppy safety practices — and don’t turn a blind eye.
  • Can read drawings, understand specs, and keep paperwork accurate without making a drama about it.
  • Manage people with respect, even when you’re under pressure.
  • Are organised, dependable and steady — the person everyone knows will get it done.

What You’ll Get

  • A long‑term project with scale, complexity and solid pipeline behind it.
  • A leadership team that wants supervisors who think, challenge and solve problems — not just follow orders.
  • A culture where quality and safety aren’t just laminated signs on the wall.
  • The chance to add a flagship data centre build to your CV — in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.

Interested?
If you want to step into a role where your ability to run a clean, safe, well‑organised workfront actually matters, we’d like to hear from you.

Special consideration will be given to candidates belonging to protected categories under L. 68/99.
