What you’ll be doing
You’ll own the architectural and building envelope coordination on site. In practical terms: making sure what’s drawn, procured, and installed actually works together — and complies with standards.
More specifically, you will:

• Coordinate architectural elements including walls, partitions, façades, doors, fire-stopping, finishes, and interfaces with MEP/CSA systems
• Review drawings, models, and technical submittals to ensure accuracy and buildability
• Manage architectural RFIs and close out design queries before they hit site
• Work closely with CSA, MEP, QA/QC, and design teams to avoid clashes and rework
• Monitor progress and quality of architectural installations
• Support compliance with fire regulations, acoustic requirements, thermal details, and client specifications
• Help deliver a clean, coordinated handover package for commissioning and close‑out

What you need If you’ve worked as an Architectural Engineer, Architectural Technologist, or similar on large industrial, pharma, semiconductor, or data centre projects, you’ll fit in quickly.
Ideally, you bring:

• Strong experience with architectural coordination on large construction projects
• Solid understanding of building envelope systems, finishes, fire protection, and detailing
• Confidence reading and interpreting architectural and MEP/CSA drawings
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and EU construction standards
• The ability to communicate clearly with designers, trades, and senior site teams
• A calm, organised approach in a high‑pace environment
