As we continue to grow and expand our global presence, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Head of Operations to lead and ensure the operational excellence of our Seychelles entity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of: Securities Dealer operational requirements under Seychelles FSA
• VASP operational and AML/CFT obligations, including the Travel Rule and blockchain monitoring
• KYC/AML/CFT frameworks, client due diligence, and FIU reporting
• Multi-currency and multi-asset operational processes (fiat + crypto)
• Strong grasp of operational risk frameworks and internal control systems
• Familiarity with international best practices in operational resilience, data integrity, and market conduct

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve the target operating model for VASP licensed company
• Oversee daily operations for securities trading and virtual asset services, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Manage client onboarding and lifecycle processes, including KYC/AML checks and account maintenance
• Supervise payments, treasury, and reconciliations across fiat and crypto assets
• Ensure operational compliance with Seychelles FSA licensing conditions, AML/CFT obligations, and internal controls
• Lead operational risk management, incident resolution, and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (compliance, finance, dealing desk, technology) for smooth service delivery
