Key Account Manager Partners (Nigeria)

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a portfolio of mid-level company partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones
  • Handling partners relationships and coordinate issue resolution
  • Ensuring compliance and adherence to business, regulatory, and brand guidelines
  • Formulation market development strategies, including collaborative initiatives with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, and event teams
  • Participate in related industry and partner events in the form of expos, conventions, training, and seminar sessions (a low to moderate level of short-term traveling may be involved)
  • Work closely with partners to retain their business, providing strategic insights and support to help them reach new levels of success
  • Meet and exceed the KPIs set by management, with a strong focus on driving business growth and surpassing targets

Requirements

  • 2+ year experience in a Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position
  • Experience of achieving results on international markets
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of Partners
  • Leadership Skills and holistic Business Development vision
  • High level of integrity and dependability
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment
  • Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company with the ability to build consensus

Will be a plus

  • Experience in a financial services companies
