We are seeking a proactive and experienced Director to lead and oversee the strategic and operational functions of our Seychelles entity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all activities of the company
• Oversee and improve operational systems, processes and controls in order to support business process and clients needs
• Supervision of the corporate and regulatory compliance of the Company
• Attend all board meetings of the Company and ensure that operational and strategic issues are discussed
• Represent the best interest of the Company and its shareholders
• Consider senior management actions and decisions by conducting regular review, at board level of effectiveness of the senior management and its internal control systems
• Ensures the prompt, professional and efficient service to existing and potential clients

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in position of Director or in senior management function
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law or a related field
• Knowledge of and experience in banking, finance, compliance or regulation matters
• Knowledge and understanding of the legal regulations to which an FSA-regulated broker is subject to
