Regional Marketing Manager (Jordan)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing dynamic regional marketing strategies aligned to our overall commercial vision and developing plans to achieve ambitious commercial targets.
  • Developing and refining regional initiatives that align with our commercial aspirations and increase brand awareness.
  • Actively engage with the regional team and contractors to solve business challenges and provide strategic advice.
  • Initiate and interpret market research and competitive analysis in the region, translating findings into groundbreaking campaign strategies.
  • Provide seamless communication with the compliance team to find new marketing prospects while meeting regulatory standards.
  • Closely monitor and report on key performance indicators, extracting useful information and identifying ways to improve.
  • Control regional marketing spend, ensuring it is in line with our strategic objectives.
  • Act as a key facilitator and advocate for marketing in regional forums, maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Develop and synchronize quarterly and annual campaign programs in coordination with the marketing planning department, ensuring consistency of the global campaign narrative.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Regional Marketing Manager or in a similar Marketing role
  • Proven experience in the Jordan market, ideally within one of the following industries: Fintech, Banking, Insurance, Gaming, or IT.
  • Well-rounded marketing background, including branding, digital marketing, social media, PR, performance marketing, and lead generation.
  • Strong experience developing and executing regional or country-level marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on exposure to SMM, influence marketing, paid traffic sources, and/or SEO
  • Proven experience working with Web and App analytics tools (Google Analytics, Apps Flayer, Tableau , PowerBi)
  • Experience working with monthly budgets from 20K-100K
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience with B2C
