Campaign Manager - Jumia ( Full Time)

What you will be doing:
- Plan, manage and execute all campaigns of Jumia (Tier 1, weekly campaigns, Super Brand Day, any other franchise)
- Establishing a 12 months rolling campaign planning
- Define campaign concept and plan to drive acquisition, usage and engagement (deals logic, games, animations, user flow etc)
- Define consumer needs and hunting list to support each campaign and work closely with commercial teams to ensure we source good assortment and deals for the identified needs
- Build the marketing 360 plan across channels that will support each campaign and make sure it is executed properly
- Gather learning & performance data from all stakeholders and enrich the calendar accordingly
- Create and follow performance dashboards
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing various campaigns, including Tier 1, weekly, and special brand campaigns.
- Ability to establish and execute a 12-month rolling campaign plan aligned with business goals.
- Strong strategic thinking to define campaign concepts that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and usage.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with commercial teams in identifying consumer needs, sourcing assortments, and negotiating deals.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and practices across various channels.
- Ability to build a 360-degree marketing plan supporting each campaign
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience in creating and monitoring performance dashboards
- Creative thinking to design engaging campaigns, incorporating elements such as deals, games, animations, and user flow.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal..
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms.
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of achieving campaign-related KPIs and objectives.
- Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and ensure successful campaign execution.
