Strategic Account Manager - Jumia (Full Time)

What you will be doing:

• Defining a monthly media plan for your brands
•  Executing the media plan once aligned with the brand
•  Analyzing the media plan performance at channel level & optimizing it intra-month
• Collaborate with ad ops  to deliver high-impact campaigns that meet and exceed brand expectations in terms of User Acquisition, Retention and reducing churn rate 
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; recommend optimizations to improve ROI
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
• Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitor activity, and advertising best practices
• Reporting on the results and building recommendations brand by brand to improve the coming month's plan
• Resolve client issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
•  Building relationships with local JBP brand teams as well as the AdOps & marketing teams

What we are looking for:

• Growth hacker mindset
• Familiarity with digital ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic) and eCommerce marketplaces.
• 3/4  years experience managing online marketing campaigns: multi-channel management, at ease with marketing KPIs and campaign budget management 
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Enjoying data crunching and at ease with large data sets and multiple sources of info
• Enjoying working with multi-stakeholders
