Regional CS Sales Quality Analyst - Jumia (Full Time)

What you will be doing:
- Monitoring agents calls as per QA Call calibration and guidelines
- Assess agent performance
- Monitoring trends -The analyst can then take the acquired information and incorporate it into a customized solution.
- Assist in selling processes for our customers and generating additional Sales.
- Technological responsibilities-a quality analyst identifies and implements tools targeted towards improving internal processes within your business, identifying the quality of customer experience, and your business’s general performance.
- Collecting and storing useful data within our systems and processes
- Deliver Feedback, Coaching and Training
What we are looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email, Internet etc.
- Proficient in Google Office Suite – Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, etc.
- 3-4 years minimum experience
