Tasks
- You will lead a benchmark team and be responsible for designing and implementing suitable strategies to lead your team to success.
- You will develop and optimize existing customer loyalty measures in order to increase customer satisfaction and reduce the churn rate.
- You will manage a team of telephone advisors in technical and disciplinary terms, support them in achieving company goals and continuously develop your team.
- You will analyze relevant data, such as retention rates, performance indicators and customer feedback, to make informed decisions and adjust your strategies in real time.
- You will design and implement targeted initiatives to meet the needs of our customers, using your organizational skills to set clear goals for your phone consultants and track their progress.
- You will be the interface for different departments, visualizing progress and results of your team, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration within the company.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French is required, additionally knowledge of German or English.
- You already have experience in leading and managing a sales and service-oriented team.
- You demonstrate analytical thinking and interpretation skills in order to accurately assess the performance of your team and recognize possible potential.
- You are a figurehead who is able to lead and mentor a team and promote a positive and stimulating working environment.
- You apply a structured and performance-oriented way of working to lead the team to success.
- Your strong powers of persuasion enable you to convince your team and convince our customers of the value of our offerings.
- You are motivated and committed and have the drive to succeed and strive for excellence in everything you do.
