Business Analyst in NetSuite (f/m/d)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst in NetSuite to join our Cloud Billing & ERP and play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our Billing, Accounting, and Sales Operations processes within our Cloud business systems. As our landscape grows increasingly complex, we need a technical expert who also possesses strong analytical abilities and communication skills to internalize and expand our current knowledge base and improve the efficiency of our Billing and Accounting processes.

Tasks

• Analyze existing billing and accounting tasks and processes and identify opportunities for automation within NetSuite.
• Provide support for current processes within NetSuite, maintaining and enhancing existing customizations using tools like SuiteScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Sales Operations, Business intelligence) to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite
• Lead the implementation of new features and functions relevant to billing and accounting processes in NetSuite to drive operational efficiency.
• Deliver required NetSuite solutions that meet defined business objectives, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Manage and support critical processes such as invoice generation and ensuring that accurate and timely data is provided for business intelligence (BI) needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with NetSuite development, with a focus on billing and accounting solutions.
• NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer or ERP Consultant
• Proven experience with SuiteScript and NetSuite customizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of Billing, Accounting, and ERP processes in Cloud or telecom services.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working in a cloud-focused business environment.
• Experience providing data solutions and support for business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience working in a consultancy environment or managing vendor relationships.
