As Manager Corporate BI Solutions, you will be the driving force behind our BI team. You will be responsible for the further development of our services based on the Microsoft stack and will act as the central link between IT and specialist departments, ensuring that valuable insights are gained from data.

Tasks

• Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team covering the entire BI process – from requirements and architecture to implementation and stable operation.
• Provision and improvement of central corporate reporting, particularly in the areas of finance and HR, based on business system data via the Microsoft Stack.
• Strategic further development of the BI platform with the aim of ensuring first-class performance and stability through new technologies and best practices.
• Operational management of the BI stream as part of the carve-out of our business systems.
• Reliable project planning and control as well as confident stakeholder management, even in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of management experience in a business intelligence or technology-driven environment, ideally in corporate finance or HR.
• As a leader in an agile working environment, you excel in social skills, inspire your team and create a trusting working environment.
• In-depth experience with modern BI platforms, ideally with the Microsoft BI stack (MS SQL Server, SSAS, Power BI Cloud).
• Proven experience in carve-out projects (knowledge of S/4HANA or Infor is a plus).
• You communicate clearly and convincingly with stakeholders at all levels – in German as well as in English.
• You have already successfully managed and structured complex projects, with prioritization and risk management being your strengths.
