Working Student (f/m/d) - Compliance and Legal

Tasks

• You will assist in the implementation of regulatory projects, for example in implementing the requirements of CS3D or the LkSG.
• You will be involved in the coordination of our local compliance units and in carrying out compliance risk assessments and checking sanctions lists.
• You will also support the preparation of internal reports, presentations and Group-wide policy management.
• You will conduct research into various areas of German law, EU law and other relevant legal systems.
• You will support various projects of the legal department, e.g. implementation of special legal requirements.
• You will help with tasks in the area of contract management and contribute to the creation of legal documents, such as contracts, and the examination of legal issues.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university for the entire duration of your employment and have completed at least 2 semesters.
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience as part of an internship and have a keen interest in compliance and legal issues.
• You are characterized by a thorough, independent and careful way of working.
• You have an open communication style and can also operate successfully in an international environment.
• Your strong analytical and organizational skills help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You demonstrate your focus on results through concentrated and independent work.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
