Network Reliability Engineer (f/m/d) - NRE Automation

Tasks

• Develop and implement network automation strategies to align with overall business objectives.
• Design and implement automation scripts, tools to streamline network operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency.
• Define automation guidelines, concepts, best practices, and operational support to other teams, including recommendations on automation frameworks.
• Ensure all automation solutions adhere to security standards and industry regulations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, evaluating and integrating innovative solutions to continually enhance network automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field; 3+ years of professional experience in network operations & engineering
• Solid understanding of network protocols, architectures and technologies, including routing, switching, security and cloud networks
• Profound knowledge in designing and implementing network automation solutions with Python, Ansible, Puppet, Gitlab
• Proficiency in Linux-based system administration and shell scripting, Experience with container technologies is a plus
• Experience with Agile working methods such as Scrum and Kanban, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
