Main Purpose

The Onsite Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of client-specific onsite programs. This role involves managing onsite teams, ensuring service delivery excellence, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Onsite Program Manager will act as a key liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring client needs are met and onsite operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Build, lead, and develop the Onsite representatives and support the development of MSP teams into a unified and aligned service delivery team, delivering high-quality onsite operations and exceptional support experiences to clients and internal workgroups.
  • Build, lead, and develop the onsite and MSP team to ensure high-quality service delivery and exceptional client support.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure adequate coverage during teammates' PTO or other absences to maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the onsite and MSP programs, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality, ensuring consistency and that best practices are applied.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth. This involves engaging stakeholders, communicating effectively, and providing support to teams to adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with onsite services.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the onsite and MSP programs.
  • Conduct regular assessments of team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, solve problems, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the onsite and MSP teams, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the onsite and MSP programs remain competitive and effective.
  • Identify potential risks to the onsite and MSP programs and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, operations management, or a related field, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent operational planning and process optimization capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to various onsite locations.
  • Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the Staffing, Recruitment, or HR sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing and improving onsite operations, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Previous experience managing delivery of support systems for mid-sized to large organizations.
  • Previous experience in support for Software as a Service (SaaS), Marketplace, or other tech-savvy firm.
