Main Purpose
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll shape and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, collaborating closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive product adoption, market fit, and revenue growth. Your role will focus on developing clear messaging and positioning for products, as well as creating sales enablement content, case studies, and user guides to support both lead generation and customer onboarding.

- Collaborate closely with the product team to develop and refine GTM strategy, aligning with sales to ensure product-market fit and successful launches.
- Create product-focused sales enablement content, including case studies, product one-pagers, and sales presentations to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Develop user guides, tutorials, and educational materials to boost customer adoption and engagement.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure all marketing content highlights product features and benefits, aligning with overall product strategy.
- Use platforms like Walnut IO to create top-notch product videos and interactive tutorials that showcase features and offer engaging product education.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, supporting the product throughout its lifecycle.
- Track and analyze product marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize messaging, content, and strategies.
- Lead content management processes to support product launches and enhance customer engagement throughout their journey.
- Manage customer newsletters for ongoing updates and product marketing communications.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with product teams to develop and execute GTM strategies, ensuring alignment between sales and product market fit.
- Proven track record in creating product-focused sales enablement content and case studies that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Experience in producing user guides and educational materials to encourage product adoption and engagement.
- Ability to work with creative teams to develop content that emphasizes key product benefits and features.
- Proficiency in using demo platforms to deliver engaging product videos and interactive tutorials.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in producing high-quality B2B product marketing content.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Braze) to track and optimize campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to measuring product marketing effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, working across product, sales, and marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product roles, with a focus on client engagement.
- Experience in managing the full lifecycle of client communications and supporting sales efforts.
