Main Purpose

The primary role of this position is to develop new customer pipelines for the Indeed Flex program. The employee is responsible for the full sales cycle, including developing a list of potential customers, cold calling, conducting discovery meetings, preparing and delivering solutions presentations, negotiating pricing, and ensuring the signature of agreements. This role collaborates and interfaces with prospective customers, field support locations, operations team, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful closing of business flows to implementation.

  • Develop new business opportunities through a mix of professional networking methods.
  • Build a strong pipeline of fully qualified opportunities within the desired client market.
  • Using your skill and knowledge of the contingent workforce to self-generate leads
  • Approaching companies that could benefit from our solutions using outbound calling techniques
  • Work with Mid-Market teams and marketing as appropriate to promote and convert the sales pipeline.
  • Leading sales discovery meetings for clients and proposing our solutions.
  • Delivering confident, well-researched, and individually-tailored sales presentations to prospective client senior management that get the client's attention
  • Develop pre-sales materials i.e. proposals, client presentations, and case study documents.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of our customer buyer personas and leverage that to increase insight into the Enterprise client contingent workforce.
  • Sharing of industry best practices with clients to maximize the value of solutions and services
  • Understanding the Indeed Flex proposition to a Subject Matter Expert level

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong skills in the use of Google Suite products as well as sales activity systems (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, HubSpot)
  • 5 to 10 years of proven sales success w/ Houston market knowledge
  • Sustained track record of success within the commercial staffing sector
  • Strong experience in solutions selling and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship skills, with ability to develop rapport with internal and external clients.
  • Experience in managing complex issues and confidently making decisions with widespread implications
  • Proven track record of creative problem-solving to meet client business needs while
  • mitigating company risk
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, able to set priorities, and be highly responsive to customer requests
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic – possesses a strong desire to succeed while
  • always maintaining the highest level of integrity
  • Previous work within a staffing company preferred
  • The ability to sell nationally is a plus
