Main Purpose

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our B2B marketing team, working closely with sales and strategy to optimise systems, processes, and data. This role aligns marketing and sales efforts, improves operational efficiency, and drives growth.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in integrating marketing and sales functions. They will also have a keen interest in leveraging AI and employing innovative approaches to uncover and optimise data for better decision-making.

This is an in-office role (4 days office/ 1 day remote)

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Data Management: Maintain and enhance CRM data in Salesforce and HubSpot, using tools like Cognism and ZoomInfo.
  • Lead Flows & Scoring: Develop lead scoring models, manage routing, and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Workflow Automation: Build and optimise automated workflows in HubSpot to nurture leads with personalised engagement.
  • ICP Development: Refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) using data insights and market trends.
  • Stakeholder Mapping: Identify key stakeholders within target accounts to support tailored outreach strategies.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead pipeline, and ROI.
  • ABM Support: Manage target account lists, segment data, and collaborate on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Tool Optimisation: Streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration across platforms.
  • AI & Innovation: Leverage AI and creative problem-solving to uncover new data sources and optimise processes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing leadership to align goals and support go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in marketing or sales operations, ideally in B2B.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and data enrichment tools like Cognism and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Process-oriented, highly organised, with a keen interest in leveraging AI and innovative approaches to data.
