Head of Loan Sales

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a talented Head of Loan Sales to join our Vilnius office.
As the Head of Loan Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of Inbank’s direct-to-consumer loan business in the Lithuanian market. You’ll take full ownership of the product journey — from market strategy and product development to marketing, analytics, and performance optimisation — ensuring our products and channels deliver sustainable and scalable sales growth. On a daily basis, you’ll be responsible for expanding and strengthening our online loan products and digital sales channels, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously enhance the customer experience and improve conversion rates.
As a strategic and hands-on leader, you excel at building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams — including marketing, IT development, and customer care — to align efforts and drive results. You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and have a proven ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
What will you be doing?
- Shaping and developing the direct-to-consumer loan product in Lithuania — working with internal stakeholders to improve product functionality, processes, and customer experience.
- Analysing market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to keep our offering competitive and aligned with market demand.
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets while supporting broader company growth objectives.
- Reporting on performance metrics and providing management insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Driving business development initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and creating new products to expand our loan product network across online channels.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams — including risk, tech, marketing, and customer support — to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Ideally, you would have:
- Leadership experience: 5 years of proven previous successful experience in B2C product sales, business development, or product management, ideally within financial services.
- Strategic business development: demonstrated ability in product development and project management.
- Cross-functional team management expertise: demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire project team members.
- Strong analytical mindset: ability to analyse market data, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Entrepreneurial drive: a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a results-oriented and hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills: proven ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and close complex deals.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
We’d be excited if you also have:
- Proven experience with financial product development or managing complex projects involving digital tools or partner integrations.
- Experience or knowledge in B2C marketing, user experience, and web performance tracking tools.
- Previous experience in reporting directly to senior management or a board, with the ability to present strategic insights and results effectively.
At Inbank, we believe great work deserves great rewards. Here’s what you can look forward to when you join us:
- Competitive salary: based on experience and performance (€3,300–€4,600 gross per month), including a fixed and variable quarterly component tied to results.
- A hybrid working model that supports flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
- Extra time off: enjoy 5 additional vacation days after your 3rd year with us.
- Inspiring work environment that values creativity, collaboration, and impact.
- Growth opportunities: we invest in your professional development and support your career advancement.
- Health benefits: choose between comprehensive health insurance or access to the Stebby wellness platform.
- Dedicated learning and development budget to help you grow your skills and stay ahead.
- Fun and connection: take part in company-wide and team events that bring our people together.
- A modern, pet-friendly office in Vilnius, designed for comfort, collaboration, and productivity.
