talented individuals to join our team of over 440 professionals working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
We are looking for an Accounting Intern to join our Gdańsk office. This is a flexible, part-time position with a hybrid work model. In this role, you will work with purchase invoices, assist with a variety of accounting tasks, and support month-end and year-end closing activities in our accounting program.
You will help ensure that our financial records are accurate and up to date, while gaining first-hand experience of how accounting functions within an international banking group.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the accounting team with daily tasks in Microsoft Dynamics BC.
- Recording purchase invoices and assisting with other junior-level accounting operations.
- Contributing to the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Gaining exposure to the accounting processes of a group operating across multiple countries.
- Collaborating with experienced accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
You ideally come with the following:
- Currently a 2nd-year (or beyond) student with a strong interest in accounting and finance.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and IFRS principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish, with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
