Delivery Manager

Job Description: Delivery Manager – Technology (India)
Reporting to: Global IT Director

Role Mandate:
Establish a high-performance delivery engine across India-based engineering and data teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery across software and data teams
- Implement Agile / Scrum practices
- Manage sprint planning and execution
- Lead and manage developers and data analysts
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects
- Provide structured reporting to leadership
- Enforce quality standards and best practices
- Manage team capacity and resource allocation

Key Outcomes:
- Predictable, on-time delivery
- Improved team velocity and quality
- Reduced bottlenecks and escalations
- Clear visibility of risks and progress

Required Experience:
- 8+ years in delivery / engineering management
- Experience managing offshore teams
- Strong Agile / Scrum experience
- Background in software engineering preferred
