Job Summary: As a Healthcare Scheduler for Greenstaff USA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless placement of qualified healthcare professionals into various healthcare facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling shifts, maintaining accurate records, and fostering positive relationships with both clients and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Engaging with candidates regarding the position and comprehending their requirements.
Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates once the sourcing phase concludes.
Redirecting candidates to the appropriate teams in case of any issues.
Assessing candidates' availability to facilitate timely shift allocation upon clearance.
Collecting monthly availability from candidates and communicating available shifts.
Submitting booking requests to clients based on candidates' availability.
Ensuring accurate shift updates on the VMS and ATS.
Providing replacement candidates in the event of shift cancellations.
Liaising with BD if there are no active positions in a specific region.
Addressing any issues related to payroll or benefits.
Assisting the credentialing team with communication if any compliance requirements are nearing expiration.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring their satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.
Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
Grad/UG with a minimum of 1+ Year of Healthcare Recruitment experience is a must.
Candidate should be comfortable to work in US shifts.
