Reporting to: Global IT Director

Role Mandate:
Own and scale the organisation’s CRM ecosystem and AI-driven automation agenda, transforming business processes into efficient, data-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end CRM platform strategy and execution
- Lead delivery of CRM projects (enhancements, integrations, rollouts)
- Drive user adoption and business value realisation
- Identify and implement AI use cases across business units
- Drive automation initiatives (RPA, workflows, integrations)
- Manage CRM and Business Systems team
- Oversee backlog prioritisation and sprint execution
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Required Experience:
- 7–12+ years CRM / Business Systems experience
- Strong Salesforce delivery background
