We’re thrilled to share that GuestReady is hiring for a Key Account Manager position based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main contact for property owners, maintaining strong, ongoing relationships.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Regularly update clients on the status of their properties, including performance, bookings, and maintenance.
  • Property Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
    • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure properties are guest-ready at all times
  • Revenue Management:
    • Monitor and analyze property performance, working closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and occupancy.
    • Identify opportunities to increase revenue for property owners through effective pricing strategies and value-added services.
  • Listing Management:
    • Ensure all property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for visibility on various platforms.
    • Work with the marketing team to enhance property listings, including professional photography, descriptions, and amenities.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Provide regular reports to property owners on key metrics such as occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
    • Use data to make informed decisions and recommend improvements to property management strategies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, safety standards, and GuestReady policies.
    • Identify and mitigate any risks associated with property management, including insurance, guest safety, and legal compliance.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and guest services, to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
    • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and align on strategies.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and google drive
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.

  • Ability to maintain composure and excel in high-pressure situations.
  • A knack for swiftly identifying solutions to any given problem.
