About the Role:

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties are run smoothly, guests are delighted, and owners are confident in our expertise. Plus, you’ll work closely with a supportive team, reporting directly to the Head of Operations, with opportunities to grow and make a real impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Take charge of troubleshooting and resolving challenges swiftly, always aiming to balance costs while ensuring guest and owner satisfaction. Streamline daily workflows and find opportunities to improve and evolve operations.
  • Guest and Owner Support: Be the friendly and reliable point of contact for guests and owners, handling inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly visit properties to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Take guest feedback to heart and work with contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly and to spec.
  • Contractor Coordination: Build strong relationships with contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Keep a sharp eye on invoices and payments to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data and Insights: Keep detailed records of interactions and operational activities, turning them into valuable insights and reports to inform smart decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive thinker with excellent attention to detail and a knack for resolving challenges.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay on top of a dynamic workload.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in operations, hospitality, or property management is a strong advantage.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using booking platforms and operational software to streamline processes.
  • Team-Oriented: A collaborative team player who can also thrive independently when needed.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
