We’re excited to announce that the Operations team at GuestReady is seeking a Junior Operations Associate.

The Junior Operations Associate role will suit an individual with great customer relations who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure at a well-established company in Lisbon. This could be your opportunity to join a high growth company and compete with your skills, knowledge, and exposure to build yourself and build the company simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with guests based on trust and respect.
  • Support and assist the reception and housekeeping team with day to day operations.
  • Have a holistic approach while being able to solve problems tactfully to ensure client and guest satisfaction while on the other hand to wisely use costs for resources.
  • Manage Reservations and Guest Communication (Front Office & Back Office)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English - French and Spanish would be a plus.
  • Located in Lisbon
  • Experience in reception, tourism, hospitality.
  • Willingness to work at weekends.
  • Available to work at any schedule,
  • An individual who’s able to work under pressure being calm and composed.
  • Fast problem solver; being able to seek solutions instantly for any given problem.
  • Experience in delivering host-focused solutions based on their need and satisfaction.
  • Team player; able to work in an environment with cross-cultural colleagues.
  • Multi-tasker, organized and able to manage time efficiently and juggle lots of competing priorities.
  • Detail oriented individual with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail.
  • Willingness to learn and develop self.
  • Capable of building a rapport with just about anyone and have excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work with the highest ethical and professional quality standards.
