  • Assist with booth preparation for global events: materials, branding, and logistics;

  • Support production of branded merch and printed materials;

  • Help manage timelines, budgets, and communication with suppliers and contractors;

  • Ensure all event assets follow brand guidelines;

  • Coordinate deliveries and on-site setup support when needed;

  • Assist with basic PR tasks: media kits, branded presentations, and press materials;

  • Keep documentation and contractor lists up to date;

  • Monitor and analyze contractors and their effectiveness.

Essential professional experience:
  • 1+ year of experience in branding, events, PR, or marketing;

  • Hands-on experience with merch, print, or booth-related tasks is a big plus;

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing;

  • Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken);

  • Experience communicating with contractors and managing projects.
