Brand Manager

Assist with booth preparation for global events: materials, branding, and logistics;

Support production of branded merch and printed materials;

Help manage timelines, budgets, and communication with suppliers and contractors;

Ensure all event assets follow brand guidelines;
-
Coordinate deliveries and on-site setup support when needed;

Assist with basic PR tasks: media kits, branded presentations, and press materials;
-
Keep documentation and contractor lists up to date;
-
Monitor and analyze contractors and their effectiveness.
Essential professional experience:
-
1+ year of experience in branding, events, PR, or marketing;
-
Hands-on experience with merch, print, or booth-related tasks is a big plus;
-
Basic understanding of digital marketing;
-
Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken);
-
Experience communicating with contractors and managing projects.
