Engagement Product Manager

Analyze internal stakeholder needs and workflows (KYC, Support, Risk, Operations) to identify opportunities for product improvements;

Develop and enhance internal tools and back-office systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability for operational teams;

Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal users, forming a clear and actionable development backlog;

Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver product features that solve real problems for internal users;
-
Create and implement product strategies aimed at automating routine tasks, reducing manual errors, and increasing operational transparency;

Validate product hypotheses through feedback loops, usability testing, and metrics-driven decision-making;

Coordinate integrations with internal services and third-party tools (e.g., KYC providers, fraud detection systems, support platforms).
We need your professional experience:
-
At least 3 years of experience in product management;

Experience working with internal systems (back office platforms, ticketing systems, KYC tools, risk engines);

Familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, and the ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency;

Understanding of internal processes such as customer verification (KYC), risk management, and customer support workflows;

Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing user feedback and system data to make informed product decisions;

Ability to independently validate hypotheses and improve internal KPIs such as handling time, resolution rate, and error reduction;

Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, internal dashboards, SQL, GA) will be a plus;
- Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken);

Experience in gambling/betting or fintech industry will be a plus.
