Outbound Agent

Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services;

Conduct follow-ups to re-engage inactive users and encourage continued platform use;

Support marketing campaigns by contacting target segments based on campaign objectives;

Provide accurate product information, handle objections, and answer inquiries effectively;

Collect customer feedback to inform future product and communication strategies;

Track call outcomes and maintain detailed records in the CRM system;

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets;

Collaborate with Customer Support and Marketing teams to align messaging and improve outreach strategies;

Handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism and escalate when necessary;

Participate in training sessions and regular meetings to stay updated on product features and communication techniques.
We need your professional experience:

Experience in an outbound call center, telesales, or customer engagement role;

Familiarity with CRM systems and call-tracking tools;

Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced environment;

Understanding of customer lifecycle and communication best practices.
