  • Conduct follow-ups to re-engage inactive users and encourage continued platform use;

  • Support marketing campaigns by contacting target segments based on campaign objectives;

  • Provide accurate product information, handle objections, and answer inquiries effectively;

  • Collect customer feedback to inform future product and communication strategies;

  • Track call outcomes and maintain detailed records in the CRM system;

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets;

  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Marketing teams to align messaging and improve outreach strategies;

  • Handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism and escalate when necessary;

  • Participate in training sessions and regular meetings to stay updated on product features and communication techniques.

We need your professional experience:
  • Experience in an outbound call center, telesales, or customer engagement role;

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call-tracking tools;

  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced environment;

  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and communication best practices.
