Payments Operations Specialist

Support payments processing related tasks of the division;

Make sure that payment methods work properly, escalate issues to respective providers and teams;

Handle requests from customer support and VIP payment delays/issues;
-
Monitor acceptance rates across different cashiers and payment methods;
-
Create reports of issues/escalations;
-
Test new payment methods integrations/deployments.
Essential professional experience:
-
English at upper intermediate level;
-
2+ years as a billing specialist (online payments);
-
Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information;
-
Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user;
-
Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows;
-
Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners;
-
Good understanding of payment and transactional systems and services.
