  • Support the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns aimed at activating, retaining, and reactivating players, aligned with LatAm market trends and sports interests;

  • Utilize customer data to help build and refine audience segments for personalized campaigns that reflect regional player behavior;

  • Assist in setting up, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to improve campaign performance and gather actionable insights;

  • Work closely with design and content teams to deliver engaging materials aligned with local sports and betting preferences;

  • Coordinate promotions with major sporting events, such as local football leagues, esports tournaments, and other cultural milestones;

  • Help maintain automated funnels to optimize player retention and loyalty;

  • Track key retention metrics on a weekly and monthly basis, report on campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvements;

  • Assist in enhancing communication channels and promotional processes to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

We need your professional experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a CRM position with an understanding of the full user flow;
  • Experience in gambling, sports betting, or iGaming is preferred;

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, email service providers, and automation tools;

  • Ability to analyze customer data and campaign results, providing data-driven insights;

  • Upper-Intermediate English;

  • Spanish will be a plus.
