Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys structure, planning, and making sure things run smoothly.


You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other team members, helping coordinate campaigns, support execution, maintain high-quality outputs, and ensure deadlines are met. While the role is strongly focused on execution and coordination, you will also be part of the team creating and launching large-scale marketing campaigns, gaining hands-on exposure to strategy, planning, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination & Execution Support:

  • Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to keep projects on schedule.
  • Coordinate assets and materials across internal teams.
  • Help monitor campaign progress and flag potential risks or delays early.
  • Actively contribute to the preparation and rollout of larger, high-impact campaigns across key channels.
  • Use AI tools to support content preparation, research, idea generation, and campaign optimization.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including documentation, planning, and reporting preparation.
  • Maintain project tracking tools and ensure all stakeholders have clear visibility of progress.
  • Organize marketing materials, campaign documentation, and internal guidelines.

Content, Quality Control & Innovation:

  • Assist in creating and refining marketing copy and campaign materials.
  • Review outputs to ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards.
  • Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency, improve content quality, and streamline workflows.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Learning:

  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Support communication between marketing and other departments.
  • Learn how campaigns are structured, evaluated, and optimized from experienced team members.
  • Take on additional tasks based on team priorities and business needs, gradually increasing responsibility.

Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • Around 1 year of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative role (internships count).
  • Experience working with project management or task management tools is strongly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of marketing campaign workflows and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) for content support, research, productivity, or workflow improvement.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; Czech is a strong advantage.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple parallel projects.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).

  • Campaigns and marketing projects consistently delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Clear visibility of timelines and deliverables across the team.
  • Effective use of AI and digital tools to improve productivity and content quality.
  • Growing confidence and independence in campaign coordination over time.
  • Active contribution to large-scale campaigns and increasing ownership of selected initiatives.
  • Becoming a trusted and reliable partner within the marketing team.
